This seminar will include presentations from the Food Service Technology Center and Transfair. It will show restaurateurs how to design a new restaurant or evolve an existing restaurant to incorporate sustainability and rewards. It will also focus on the economic benefit and social impact of buying fair trade products and utilizing green design.
